We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa  and American Express Credit Cards on our site and by phone.  Paypal is accepted on our shopping cart. Checks can also be mailed in with phone orders, order forms mailed in and Purchase Orders (see below).  For international orders, bank transfers are the best method of payment.  We can provide our banking information per your request.

You can request an order form be emailed or faxed.  You can complete the forms and either fax, mail or email them in.  Include your credit card information, mail a check with the order or include a valid Purchase Order (see below).

If you need a quote, please ask. It takes us only a few minutes in most cases to provide you with a quote.

We also accept Purchase Orders from Education, Military and Government entities.  Purchase Orders from other businesses will be accepted by permission only.  This means you’ll have to contact us beforehand and we will have to agree to the purchase order.  With any Purchase Orders we accept only 30 day billing!

International Orders:  We ship most of our products throughout the world.  Please contact us by email or by phone and request the product you are interested in with the quantity and we can respond with a quote.

If you need paperwork completed, W-9’s, etc., please ask.  We understand that is a cost of doing business and we are more than happy to do so.  Many municipalities, schools, etc, want vendors to complete documents eiher online or faxed in.  No problem!.  We have been doing that for years and are happy to do so.  Please call us at 800-321-5716 with your request.

Please note our shopping cart sometimes does overcharge shipping rates.  We will package and determine what the actual amounts are and if need be, refund the difference.  If at anytime you are on our website and have questions on shipping amounts, we encourage you to contact at us directly.  We do not charge extra to take orders by phone and want to create a pleasant shopping experience.
