Returns:  We accept returns on most products within 30 days of an order, defective or damaged goods.  Custom Products and Carrying Cases may not be returned unless by special permission.  Goods returned must be received back in same condition as originally sent out. Customers are solely responsible for those returns  and may be subject damages, original shipping costs to them and the shipping to get products back to us.  Products being offered as FREE SHIPPING and returned will be responsible for shipping costs to get products to them unless otherwise stated.  Please call us at 800-321-5716 with any questions.

Shipping:  We stock most products offered on our site and strive to ship them same day or within 24 hours of any order.  UPS our our common carrier at the time although we do ship by USPS and by freight depending on the order and location where the shipment is being sent.

We do ship worldwide for our customers and can direct out products to freight forwarders throughout the US.  We will gladly work you as the customer and try to get you the least expensive options available.

We gladly will ship to military locations by APO or postal if possible.  certain products are too big for the USPS and therefore must be sent domestically and forwarded from there.  Please ask us regarding options for the products you are interested in.

When your order is placed we will do the best we can to combine and ship them the least expensive way possible.

Please note our shopping cart sometimes does overcharge shipping rates.  We will package and determine what the actual amounts are and will refund the difference.  If at anytime you are on our website and have questions on shipping amounts, we encourage you to contact at us directly.  We do not charge extra to take orders by phone and want to create a pleasant shopping experience.
